Started in 2015, Quizizz is the 5th largest Edtech platform globally. Quizizz is a learning platform that uses gamified quizzes to help people learn or teach anything, on any device, in-person or remotely. Quizizz is used by more than 75 million people per month in schools, homes, and offices around the world.
Our platform is used in classrooms in over 150 countries across the globe and in over 80% of US schools. We help educators and training professionals conduct quick assessments on any topic and analyze results instantly—no grading necessary.
Our mission is to motivate every student in every classroom around the world. A user can create a gamified quiz on our platform and use it to engage a group of people. This is primarily targeted towards the school audience. (teachers and students)
Teachers can use it to create customized quizzes/tests on any subject and they can use it to engage students during an online class, they can even use it to assign homework. It helps reduce a lot of manual effort for the teacher as it can manage the grading and also provides a report of a student's performance. (improvement areas, etc.)
With good ratings and feedback on both the App Store & the Play Store, Quizizz is a ‘recommended’ app on the App Store.
Scale:
We drive more traffic than websites like Coursera & Udemy. These MAUs are growing consistently at a rate of 2% on a month-on-month basis. We have organically grown to this scale without a single dollar being spent on advertising or promotions. We have a passionate user base that drives our growth. Educators love our platform and that is the reason it is being used in more than 80% of the schools in the US.
