Rupeek solved this problem over the last 5 years by providing doorstep gold loans and transformed the way gold loans are disbursed in India. More than 1 lac customers who were earlier resistant to getting gold loans now use Rupeek’s digital platform to avail credit. Gold loan category alone is estimated to be at 20B USD in annual disbursement. This is just a start and Rupeek intends to launch many more financial products spanning across multiple asset classes in near future.

Interview Round 1

Will be based on Java Coding & Problem Solving (Good weightage of programming) while deep diving in Java programming, problem solving, etc.

Interview Round 2

Will be based on Test Automation (UI/API Testing) and deep dive in to API testing or FE Test Automation Use case automation, test coverage, SQL, and Debugging.

Interview Round 3

This round will deep dive into the following: Test Coverage, test strategy, project understanding, thinking ability and Knowledge on tools, process, debugging along with Cultural Fitment - work history, culture preference, etc.

First interview is on DS/Algo and will be taken by an external panel called Interview Desk. 

Second interview is Coding + Deep dive on DS/Algo as well by the internal panel. 2 to 3 coding questions will be asked live depending on the time. Candidates are assessed on - Coding capability, problem solving capability, efficacy (speed)) - Parameters rated out of 4 (1 being the lowest to 4 being the highest). 

This round will be based on questions on Schema design, product use cases, design implementation. Questions will be asked to design the app/module live (Includes the approach/executive of making a design and implementing it) (Rated out of 4)
